i have ordered 3 suits viz order no. 25038 from kalazone.in with item code d7324/s8 (received 890rs). d8089/s10 (not received rs.999) wdv30770 (not received rs.2075) instead i have received a parcel with 2 suits only inside and one among two suits is one that i have not ordered and is without tag and item code and its worth is 500 rs.. two suits inside parcel are worth 1400 rupees only and my amount with kalazone is 2563/=. also there is no bill inside parcel. as per conversation with mr. riyaz (customer care ex.) i have send a mail with attachments of photographs of parcel, suits, courier voucher on kalazone logistic@gmail.com on 16th may 2014. right from then i am contineously talking to mr. b.p.tiwari who is always telling me he z waiting for confirmation from first flight and asked me weigh parcel i do the same it was 1.400kg although it should have 2 kgs as per him and courier challan attached. i donot have to do anything with courier partner. despite of several requests on 20th may he is contineously escaping to pick my fone. one executive is telling he is in meeting and other is telling he is busy on other line. when i contacted from other number via different person he picked the call and not giving me definite time saying only i am doing and asked me to do what i can? i also told him either i am in need of money or dress costing 2075 as my marriage ceremony is scheduled on 25th may of ds month, belonging to poor family i cant afford 2nd dress, they hardly bothered for anything and are only saying they are waiting for first flight hope your goodself will solve the issue at earnest and oblige.
