Kalazone Online Shopping Review

I have placed an online order for sarees on Kalazone website on May 11. I have attached the e-receipt that I have got to my email once the payment is completed. The items were not dispatched even after 2 weeks of payment. I called more than 10 times requesting a refund or for the order and at last they stated that one saree is out of stock and they are gonna refund the amount of the saree. I received my parcel of the remaining sarees but haven’t got that refund till now. As of August 12th. I tried to write them, called them but they never responded. I tried reaching them even form their Facebook page, but there was no information regarding my refund. Please look into this.
