I purchased a saree from kalazone on 9th April and I have already paid them Rs 1995 through net banking. After a few days I got a call from them that the saree I ordered is damaged and so I asked for refund and they agreed but I have not received any refund till now. I called them on several occasions but they are not addressing the issue.
I want refund from them of Rs 1995 paid by me.
