Complaint 1:- This company is online merchandise i have ordered Blackberry head set Order no KA/257700/61UL9N6Z order date 14 march 2014,product not yet delevered and requested them to cancel the product and refund the money or give a cash voucher ,that also not given.Call center not cooperating literal disconnecting the call.pls help in this. Complaint 2nd:- Ordered Zebra Type White Sandal on 3rd april but delivery not yet done given me wrong POD no ,if i enquired in call center they are disconnecting the call. Request you to pls ban this Online portal.

Required refund.and ban the kaunsa.com site.
