Karbon Mobile – Defective product out of warranty

I have got good response from reliance digital but no value added activity because problem in mobile phone still same. Service center people just reload the software and returned back while it is manufacturing defect / internal chip set problem and never be resolved by service center. Please look into the matter and same feedback has been updated at karbon mobile web page. Please tell me clear that matter will be resolve at your end or I have involved the consumer court in this matter. My thinking that nothing is impossible only effort require to resolve any kind problem. I feel consumer court is easy solution for me inplace of wasting time to go reliance digital and service centre/ contact here and there.
