Karbon mobile – not repairing in the warranty period

I have purchased a Karbon (K440) mobile from poorvika Mobliles Private Ltd on 28/05/2013. On that time they provided me a warranty of one year and the compulsorily given me an insurance of Rs.2,200/- from New India Assurance Cellular Insurance Policy for a premium of Rs.200/- was charged extra. On 24/04/2014 unfortunately my mobile screen was not working properly, on 28/04/2014 when I went to the service center they told me that the screen was broken and it was changeable even if it is in warranty.I told them that the phone had no outside scratches or anything like that to prove you that it is due to mishandling or misuse. When the screen broke automatically it is because of the poor material quality or productive damage. But the service center personnel denied to repair the set and returned without repair.

I want my phone got repaired and the company should pay me Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) as compensation of my financial loss and physical and mental agony I had undergone.
