we had purchsed one chimney & hobs from dealer of pyramis- m/s muskan kitchen, guwahati on 17.05.13 chimney have 10 years warranty & hob have 12 months. both the products are not working properly we had complained several times to dealer, distributor & company people, but have not got any positive reply. even we have not got any free service which was promised to us. as they cannot provide the service we need to return the products or we want service.
hobs- many time hands & cloths of cook, my wife had burnt due to hobs as it through high flame, it may catch fire in home & apartment. chimey- it does not work so all my home has gone black due to smoke. there is life risk & financial risk.
