Karbonn A2+ mobile Problems – No Customer Care

Dear Karbonn Official, This is to inform you that I have purchased Karbonn A2+ mobile from Retail store on dated 29-08-2013. Bill is with name of Nilesh Gupta. From day one onward I am facing problem of mobile connector, Pieces getting hang, Head phone and charger problem same I was trying to submit on service center at Dream mall Bhandup from day one. But while visiting to Service center Bhandup we come to now that it will open after 10 days, Due to some internal problem. And while service center got open we come to now that they have stop giving service for Karbonn Mobile. Really a shocking news for me. Then I come to now that on thane (Mobile care service center, shop no.13, B-wing, sarvovar darshan tower, opp TMC office almeda rd, chandan wadi pachpakhadi thane(west) 400602) also there is Karbonn service center and while visiting the center I have explained the problem I was facing then one of the executive from mobile care said me that connector is broken so it will be done on chargeable amount of Rs 350. I have taken the job-sheet from mobile care and my Receipt no is 2682. With name of Nilesh Gupta. Kindly explain why I should bear charges when mobile is under warranty and still there is charger problem, Head phone problem, connecter problem and even pieces getting hang. The thane mobile care executive are so busy that they are not able to provide proper feedback… So kindly provide proper justification for above written mail…. Thanks & Regards, Jitendar Gupta.
