I have purchased a Karbonn A21 mobile phone on 17/Apr 2013 vide cash memo no. 1262 from Vijay Electronics, khopoli for Rs.8450.00. The IMEI nos of the Handset are- 1) 911240902911635 2) 911240902911643 The Display of phone lost in October 2013, I have contacted Technocraft Technologies Kalyan(authorised Karbonn Service Centre at Kalyan ) for repair on 15th Oct 2013. They said it will take around 10 to 15 days for it to repair. so I deposited the phone with them for repairs. The JOB SHEET no. is – KJASPMH0461013K13895 Dated :15th Oct 2013. Since then I am continuously following up with them, the answer is “It is not repaired it will take some more time, call after one week”. So many weeks has been passed in this follow up. They are not making it clear whether they are going to repair and if not then replacement of it.

Repair of the device if not possible then replacement.
