I had been using Karbonn A27 android mobile and recently got issue with mobile functioning (When I use any application for more than 5 minutes, mobile shuts down and tries to restart itself, but again shuts down in middle of starting and the same continues.Once we remove the battery and replace it, phone starts with 30 to 40 % less battery) After which I approached service centre in Dombivli (Maharastra, Thane).

My mobile is still in warranty period and is given in service centre with complaint no. KJASPMH4341113K231. Now it has been 12 days since I have given my mobile, but am getting response from service centre that they are waiting for company to dispatch battery and are not sure when it will get dispatched. Request you to help in this situation, as I am not having mobile with me for 12 days, and finding it difficult to carry on my day to day activities.
