Hello, I purchased the mobile “Karbonn A52+” from http://www. flipkart.com and after 1 month its dead. I take this handset to service center at Jaipur, Rajasthan “First Mobile Centre”. They refused to take it because they said that this handset is UTL product and our system doesn’t show it. After a while request they accepted and gave me the hand written slip and told me it will take 10-15 days. It is near 2 month and now on I didn’t get any update from them, when I go there they harass me and says, “Forgot your mobile, I don’t think that come and if come we will inform you please don’t come again for any other query call help line. Don’t come again here”. I called the help line they said we can’t help you please contact the service center, because this is UTL handset and we don’t have any update but we are sending request to service center for update you please go to service center. and at the service center steps repeated. What I do I don’t know. I don’t except this from Karbonn.
