Karbonn – facing trouble harassment in service

had given my phone Karbonn Titanium S5 for repair on 6/05/2014. They had collected it from our pre-decided location and told that they would give a quotation of repair charges the next date. They had given me a standby handset of Blackberry to use till then. The next day on 7/05, I called them up. They said it would cost around 1600Rs. and I agreed for it. They said they would deliver by 12/05 after testing. I told them that the standby handset is not working and that can’t access the phone. I was facing tremendous trouble. They told me they would try to change. Thinking that I would get my phone on 12th, I did not pester with this. On Monday I called them from a friend’s phone to inquire about the delivery. They told that they had been trying to call me but I wasn’t reachable and that it would cost 3500Rs. I asked them why didn’t they mail me.(They had my mail-id)Because my no. was not reachable as their handset was faulty and I didn’t have another one.They didn’t reply. They said they would deliver my phone on 13th. On 13th , they made no attempt to deliver neither did they mail me. On the 14th of May, I have been calling them since morning 10 am requesting them to deliver my handset. But every time a new person speaks to me and asks me to call back. At 3:39pm they confirmed that I’ll receive my phone in half an hour.

I want a compensation of Rs. 35000 for the mental harassment that I had to face and for all the trouble I bore for 5 days.
