My hard earned money of Rs 3500 has gone waste and i have been cheated because there was no network coming in my location due to which i am not able to utilize this device. Please help me get my refund. Please see the email details which i sent to Tata-Indicom-support@tatatele.co.in Your engineer came to my residence on 13th May,2014 to check the connectivity and found there was no connectivity. Today, i am informed that i would be refunded 100% amount i invested to buy this device. Also, the account 9212400xxx is going to be deactivated effective 21st May,2014. Please refund my money of device which was sold to me on the condition that i would be getting 100% network but no network is there at my location which is verified by your engineer also. I am your very old and esteemed customer of various Tata Products and expect consumer friendly behavior and 100% refund of the investment amount of device which i bought from Tata Store.
