I purchased a symphony cooler model no. 70i having s.no. 1416414601010, and bill no.282 from your shop on 16.04.2014 by paying Rs.13800. Actually, I purchased two coolers, another one I gifted to my one relative. I want to state that the cooler started problem just few days of purchase as it is a defective product. I made two complaints on service center two time, and I was given complaint number ND-NS-29D-14002 and ND-2E-14005. The service representatives visited and tried to repair even by changing one part of the cooler called pad but it has confirmed by the service representative that that the product has major problem and cannot be repaired. I requested the shop owner whom I purchased the cooler to replace the product with new one immediately, however they did not do anything and the cooler become faulty again after repairing. I again filed the service request on 13.05.2014 and complaint number is nd-ns-13e 14003.
I want to refund me full amount paid on purchase of symphony 70 i cooler along with Rs.25000 as compensation for harassment, mental agony, and for spending more amount on electricity bills by using Airconditioners as the product delivered by you is not working properly despite 4-5 time repairing.
