Karbonn – faulty mobile company is not responding

it has been almost 2 months while i am struggling to replace my faulty karbonn hand set but company is not responding and every time when ever i try to contact them says we will get back to you, My faulty hand set is with them, acknowledgement receipt for same is as attached

I bought a Karbonn Smart A1 Star (Black) mobile (IMEI # 911241600522708) from your dealer: Spice Online Retail, Pvt. Ltd., Kalkaji, New Delhi, on 6th August 2013. I paid Rs.3,514 for this purchase and attached is the copy of the payment receipt (Invoice No. 51649) as Annexure I. However, I had problems with this handset which has been replaced by your company with a new one with an IMIE # (911341600062901 & 911341600062919). But within a week’s time, this new handset started giving problems again for which I submitted it at your above-mentioned service center for repairs on 26th February 2014 along with battery as per the suggestion of your cell care executive there. Attached is the associated job-sheet (No.KJASPDL108214K6308, ASP Code: KJASPDL108) as Annexure II. However, after this I had a very tough time reaching your service center to know the status of the repairs. When I personally visited your service center, Mr.Gaurav (incharge there) informed me that my hand set was repaired and was fully functioning. However, when I checked its volume button, it was not working and it was in the same condition as it was before giving for repairs. Mr. Gaurav accepted the mistake but assured me that rest of all problems (hanging issue, heating issue, volume control issue and network issue) were repaired. However, I was distressed to see that none of the problems were actually resolved by your service center and my handset has been returned to me without any repairs done, even after keeping it for almost one month with them. Even after that I tried to call karbonn customer care on following mentioned contact numbers to narrate the entire episode, 1) 080-40894xxx 2) 011-46604xxx but there was no response from mentioned numbers & then I tried to call cell care on following mentioned contact numbers. 1) 011-31929xxx 2) 09136425xxx (Mr.Gaurav) but there was no response from mentioned numbers Then I wrote to AKOSH (on 14th March 2014) about the issue via email and send the copy of same mail to info@karbonnmobiles.com & support@jainaindia.com (copy enclosed). Still, till date I received no further response from your company, towards my request. The entire episode has been extremely tiring to me and I am very disappointed with the inefficient services given to me by your service center. Therefore, I request you to intervene in the problem and provide me with a replacement of the phone immediately. As a consequence of your deficient service and the repeated incompetency displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration. I would like to emphasize that: • You have been grossly negligent in resolving my complaint. • I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of your deficient service. Given the above sequence of events, I request you to arrange for an immediate replacement of my phone without any further delay
