I have a Karbonn Mobile – Model No A 27 +. Its battery is not working properly. I had registered a complaint and placed an order for a new battery at Unique Infosystems & Telecom, 1- Shop No. 47, The Mall Shopping Center, Station Road, Malad (West), Mumbai, Malad (West) – 400064, Maharashtra .They have taken an advance from me. Now 2 months have passed and I have not got any response. They are telling me that they are not receiving the battery from Karbonn head office.

I want karbonn to send me the replacement battery for the mobile model A 27+ immediately. mAh: 2000 mAh Voltage: 3.7 V Watt-hr: 7.4 Wh No. Of Cells: N/A Battery Part No.: A27+, VSSP2000AA, KB-5D. Please look in this matter immediately.
