Carbon Mobile Its more than 60 Days mobile submitted for repair within warranty and following on phone mail however they are not sending mobile and also not giving any time line. 60 days are TAT which is over. They are mentally harassing and not responding properly. escalated to all their senior people but they are not bothered to revert even for a single time. No one called till now to address. They offered once to accept lower version product. why customer should accept lower version if they are not able to repair product they should offer higher version. Please help resolving this. No one pick up phone on their registered office and Delhi office.

I want a strict action against all people dealt with me on this and action against all senior people involved since beginning on mail and not responded even for a single time. want my mobile back immediately in complete condition and if they are not able to repair and provide then higher version to be provided rather than offering lower version. I want compensation of 1 lac for mental harassment.
