I have bought Karbonn S5 TITANIUM MODEL Phone in August-2013, after i have observed display/switch on problem, I have given to Ayushi Electronics on 26 – 4 – 2014 at Indore. They replied me that Phone need to be sent to Head office for service and it will take 30 days time for handing back your phone to you. Till now i didn’t get my phone it is now almost 2 months since i have handed over my phone to Ayushi Electronics. I didn’t get any proper reply when i am going to get my phone they are passing the days.

I would like my mobile phone back in working condition within a fixed period of time Or refund of money of mobile and the money i spent on visiting them.
