Karbonn mobile – faulty handset

I have submitted my Karbonn mobile handset , model A9* , vide IMEI/ESN 1 – 911211904193894 and IMEI/ESN 2 – 911211904193902, service complaint no. KJASPDL116214K1166 dated 12th February, 2014 at the the above service centre for repair. Its been almost a month that the set is with the service centre for repair and has not been handed over back to me till date. Date of procurement of set is 10th Nov, 2014 , as one month of warranty has already gone onto waste bcoz the set is not with me due to non rectification by the company. I have been regularly communicating with the customer care of Karbonn mobiles through emails but being given fake assurances by them that my concern has been taken on top priority. Besides fake assurances they are not submitting ant concrete date of the delivery of the rectified set in any of their correspondence. Can u please help me in greeting my set back duly rectified or a new handset of same model in lieu of it .

Kindly help me in getting my rectified set back or a new set of same model from Karbonn as they are not giving any confirmation date
