I gave my karbonn a25 mobile to the service center which is sumit mobile solution palwal (121102) on 10/01/2014 they cant repair itin 45 days and send it to the company on 24/02/2014 but after two months they cant repair it or give it back to me imei no is 911308401049783. Please sir help me to my mobile or replace it with a new one.

I have purchased karbonn titanium s5 on jun 2013 but it having problem of double images and videos I have updated the software at karbonn service center but problem persist as and now there is no proper service centre in jhansi they have no correct software to solve the problem I faces many problem by using this mobile so soon solve my broblem otherwise I will.
