I sent a very important document through Blazeflash waybill No 191853459 on 03 Apr 14 from Udaipur to delhi. The letter has still not been delivered. Blazeflash/ Chetak Global services through whom i booked the courier are unable/unwilling to either return my letter/give me a reply on the status. since they have been paid for a service and it would seem they have lost/misplaced my letter, they need to have some accountability. the letter contained a very important document which i need. how do I make them return / deliver my letter
