Sun Direct DTH TV No Service

I have a connection with sun direct, with smart card number 41406158182, many number of times we had complained in the past and our problem was not addressed. We took another connection with Tata sky and waited for sun to rectify the problem with their connection. Tata sky is very prompt in responding to customer complaints from my experience. To Sun after many months of waiting, I had called two days back again around 12 0 clock in the noon and the customer care person said within 48 hours something will be done. Today I called back to customer care number 18002007575, to check the status as it is going to be 48 hours, a person by the name of Abishek MV of the customer care said to wait till end of the day. I asked him why then they said 48 hours. Previously I have been waiting for many months to get the service, I said if your company cannot provide service, I asked them to take whatever product Sun has given us and reimburse the money. So he said they cannot reimburse the money according to their clause 4 and in regarding for the service I can go to high court or supreme court to redress it. I am appalled of my experience with SUN direct customer service for the rude behaviour of Abhishek MV today at 10.45 hours. Even after not providing service for which I paid money for, the customer care person was extremely rude. My complaint number given two days back from SUN was 1-10286093267.
