I have bought Karbonn a18+ smartphone from Aurangzeb(bihar). There is some touch screen problem in this phone. I gave this phone to karbonn service centre but there is no response from them. It has been one month but there is no response. I went to mr vikash, the Sales Manager but there is also no response from him.

So i request please repair my mobile and give it to me as soon as possible. It is my complaint. My mob no is 9801575766. Kindly do the needful else I will goto the Consumer court in next 7 days.
