I have a HDFC bank’s Credit card whose limit is 30,000 /-Rs, I wanted to make a purchase of almost 29,000 /-Rs with an online shopping website. When firstly I tried I was unable to make my transaction with my card, called the Help Center and came to know that okay as my outstandings are yet to be payed so am not able to make transaction of 29,000 /-Rs out of total 30,000 /-Rs Fair enough. But its has been 3 days I have already deposited the cheque but still till today’s date I am not able to make my payment as my cheque is NOT cleared yet. Whats so wrong with this banking system. This much time was never taken for clearing. CTS regulations are a kind of a headache for anyone who is in emergency. Take some steps please to improve this lack of system.
