I tried to recharge my Airtel Mobile 9766041612 today 12-04-2014. Amount of Rs 150 and 120 were deducted from ICICI bank account but i did not receive the balance in airtel mobile. I want to lodge a complaint. Please resolve it asap.

hanks for prompt reply. Technically , it is very difficult to accept your solution to the problem faced by me . However the same was tried as suggested . Obviously , the suggested solution did not work . Request , the problem may please be referred to the concerned engineer to resolve the issue at the earliest I had taken a sim of Airtel No.9591681570 about a month back. I am not able to use the sim as my mobile is getting switched on of its own. Afraid,some body is having access to my phone. Mobile is getting switched on of its own and do not show callers no. Matter is serious and urgent.My other airtel no is 7899759401.
