Karbonn mobile – Poor services for warrenty

I have purchased a Karbonn mobile, its model no:S1 in June 2103. In oct. 2013 I have got a network problem, so I went to an authorized service center of karbonn (Aman electronics,Rudrapur) to claim for repair against warranty. After repairing they have return but same problem was there. Again I have handed over the cell to the said service center staff on: 08-11-2013.till now I have not got my mobile phone I have also made telephonic conversation and written commnication but they are not giving any positive responce. Even they have not given any standby mobile so that I can reduce my loss to someone extant. Mobile IME/ESN1:-911305350284379 I have already lost 2 month from warranty period.
