The authorized service center of karbonn damaged my karbonn titaniums5 mobile and now refused to repair it. They keep my phone about 2 months with them and handed over me without repairing. I for the first time gave my phone for installation of new software but they damage my display. When i ask them to repair they refuse by saying parts are not available.its been 3 months and still parts are not available how it could be possible. Please help me i am a student and don’t have enough money to buy another one i am facing problem without it please help.

I want them to repair my phone because it wat damaged by them only. I just need my phone like earlier. Please help me.
