I have given my Karbonn mobile model S9 bearing IMEI 1 911333000289317 IMEI 2 911333000289325 to Karbonn service centre in Rudrapur city, Uttarakhand dated 02.04.2015. Since the mobile set is in warranty they told me that it will be repaired by karbonn mobile on there own expense. But till toady they have not returned my mobile to me in any form. Either they are not ready to provide me mobile handset location. I feel cheated and disturbed by thinking of it and fed by following these people.
Due to the delay in repairing of my mobile set, i am unable use my personnel mobile no. which resulted difficulty for distance relatives to contact me. Also, i am unable to access my personal email, internet,social networking site etc. I am unable to know about the initiatives taken by India government due to non availability of internet access. I have invested a huge amount in purchasing the mobile.
