Dear Sir, I had bought Karbonn Titanium S1 mobile on 22-09-2014 but it stopped functioning on 02-09-2014. I sent it to service center on 06-09-2014 with job sheet no. KJASPMH526914K331. Now its more than 80 days yet I have not recieved my mobile. Also I am attaching my email history with the company. Pls look into the matter
I want mu mobile back in well and good condition as well as compensation for the troubles that I have faced. Troubles faced- 1. I regularly visited the shop where I put my mobile for further forwarding to the company, it leaded to financial loss. 2. I had to speak to customer care which leaded to monetary loss.
