I bought a mobile Karbonn Smart A52 Plus through online retailer flipkart which was delivered on 27th november .Order no OD001291930 383821200 .. IMEI NO – 91136460 3022862 after one month of use, its screen stopped responding it was still under warranty so I went to the service center Bhopal they took it and said it will be repaired in 45 days but after a day they returned it to me without repairing it. I live in sagar I can not go to the service center frequently as it is located in bhopal. And one more thing they are fooling peoples by saying there is a service center in Sagar and other small cities but when i asked about these service center they said these service centers exist only on paper.

I demand a new Mobile or money back Rs 2800+1500= 4300.
