I have purchased a mobile phone of brand ‘Karbonn’ A3 Model on May 2013. The mobile got repair on June month and given for service in authorised service center on 15.06.13 as second time. The job order no. is 606 and Mobile IMEI no. is 911300200618165. Till date the mobile is not returned inspite of repeated enquiry through phone ( more than 20 times) and direct shop visit (4 times). They are not giving a concrete answer keep on postponing the response.I have invested money in new phone but not able to use in past three months. Moreover its creating high stress to me and my family.

i need new handset of same model i purchased with compensation for Rs 6100
