Karbonn smart tab9 – no service in warranty period

i had purchased karbonn smart tab9 by online with having one year company warranty…after having problem in equipment i had given it to authorised service center named Bawal Communication at Ahmedabad before 50 days but service center is not replying certain about when will my equipment be repaired…and also not answering satisfactory about the delivery of product…i am remaining abstain for getting my product by 50 days now…

i want my product be repaired as early as possible…
