Hello! My name is VIKASH i have recently buy a karbonn smartphone a18+ on 01/11/2013 and IMEI NO is 911233650216851.and after 40-50 use i was suffering from a problem with this handset.the problem is that mobile is working automatically without touching it. for repairnig i went to serivce centre of karbonn there they said the dont have parts and they are now not taking any mobile for repairing. i have also registered complaint 2-3 times on-line on karbonn website. but there has been no response from their side.

i want my mobile to be replaced with good piece or any other good model or else i want my money back.
