karbonn tablet. faulty product

sir i buy a karbonn tablet in 8th 12 2012 and from very first month i am facing problem with that product. i contact to service center and they repair and give it back to me but after few days the same problem again come and again the same thing was done. after fourth time i asked the service center that what is the problem wad what is the solution than he replied to me that we also not know the problem but if again the problem comes than we send it back to HO. after some time the day come the tab is showing the same problem and this time they send it to karbonn office. sir the send it to HO third time but no one is ready to say that why the tab is showing this problem so sir please tell me that what is the solution for this because after dec 2013 they charge me to solve the problem

they cant find the problem and every time i face the same problem so i just to refund my amount which i pay to buy the product and travelling cost
