Hi, I tried making online EC from kaveri website for past 1.5 months. It reaches till confirmation to make payment and it didn’t go to payment gateway and showed error.I tried on multiple systems, different browsers and different days (atleast 15 different days). I have mailed to the mail IDs provided in website with all details of what browser, version and snapshots of error message to them .There was no acknowledgement to the mail and ofcourse no reply. Sent reminder mails also. Finally I have to go for agents paying 1600 as I am now near hosur and I have to go to KR puram for doing this. I am sure once you reach there in office again there will be someone to ask more money. Why government without maintaining the services allowing agents to make money like this? Same happened for online name change for BESCOM, though applied online after going there they were asking for field report which never showed up online and took 1500 apart from the fees paid there online.
