My name is Vaibhav Chaudhary.I had taken admission in KSOU university through PCTI group.They clain to be the regional center of KSOU and authorise to take admission on behlf of KSOU.Before taking admission in KSOU i had sent an email to Distance education Council for confirming wheather the degree provided by KSOU will be valuable or not.But the reply from KSOU took a long time to reply.During that period i had already paid the admission fee at PCTI amount Rs. 8350. after that i recieved an Email from DEC in the month of april just a day before my first exam of KSOU which ws held at PCTI group Pitampura.So i dropped my exams

I only want a refund of my amount that i paid, i.e. Rs.8350.According to DEC no university is authorised to take admission beyond its territory.
