I am recently transferred from mumbai to New delhi. At mumbai on dtd.24/06/16 I had booked M/s Karni Karpa National packers (Mr. Rajesh Kumar PAN card No.BFWPK9837B) and movers for transportation of my home goods from Andheri East (mumbai) to New delhi.I had given him my home material of approx Rs.23.000/- and advance Rs. 2000/- as transportation charges. They assure me to deliver 4-5 days, my home material reached delhi as per time line but refuse to deliver the good and asking all balance money in advance,becoz of their harassment we need to spend 1 extra days in hotels which cost me Rs.4700/-.I want this one days stay cost refund from packers and movers and the harassment cost we need to bearer because of them.
