i have visited Nainital-Naukuchiatal, Bhimtal on 26 April 2014, and purchase Burf ki Kiddi(sheep wool blanket) of Rs. 13200 Rs under which they given 1 burf ki kiddi and 5 other items as free gifts and also told when i return this blanket after 2 years, i will get 5 more gifts and 100% money back, and regarding this deal i would received all documents pertaining to the warranty at my home in 30 days. I also booked 1 burf ki kiddi by paying 3200 Rs., on the assurance that i can cancel it anytime without any deduction. First i didn’t receive any documents from them till now, i called not less than 20 times, second, i wanted to cancel the 2nd order and get the money back, for that i am chasing from last 8 months and called not less than 50 times,but every time they give different excuses and postpone it by 15 days, now they have started saying refund will not happen. and now i doubt, i would get 5 gifts, what they have committed, when i return the blanket after 2 years. now i read the comments from many people on net for the same fraud from these guys. they are fraud people running chain of stores under U.K Govt. banner

They harassed me by not responding to my calls, more than 50 times since last month, every time they give different dates for refund 3200 Rs. has still not refunded i have not received any document for the warranty
