Hi, We booked up the order with Kaunsa website and they Promised it to deliver in 10 days max. which they failed to do so.They canceled the order on your own since they did not have the stock. We need the money back as soon as possible as we dont have the product and also money is stuck since 14/06/2013. Please help.
