Dear Sir, I am sending you the mail regarding my complaint about Kaunsa.com which is as below. I sincerely request you to take cognizance of the complaint and help me recover my amount from the website. I have been cheated by Kaunsa.com. I had ordered Sony Experia mobile handset on 10th July 2013 and the order number was confirmed as “Kaun/T145392/7LX9GHSE3W” in which date of delivery was mentioned as 25th July 2013 I waited patiently till 25th july on that day they were avoiding any date of commitment and informed that we have changed the supplier & you will get the product in 2-3 days .I have been following with them daily (spending over phone rs.40-50 per day) without getting any definate reply. They are trying to avoid any commitments and trying to delay the cancellation of order process. Yesterday they also told me that the supplier has increased the rate of the product and the product is available by paying additional Rs800/- I agreed and requested to send the product and pay the balance by Cash on delivery. They refused to do so. Since the product is even cheaply available in local market i refused the offer and cancelled the order yesterday. I spoke to them today as well. They were still pushing that they will supply the product in 3-4 days time. unfortunately later after booking the product from this website & paying the money to them,I came across that about 40 to 50 people havebeen cheated by this website and they are delaying the returning of consumers money by hook or crook. THEY ARE DELAYING OR EVEN NOT PAYING THE MONEY OF CUSTOMERS LIKE ME AND THERE BY UTILISING THE COLLECTED MONEY TILL THE TIME THEY ARE FORCED TO RETURN THE MONEY LEGALLY Thanks & Best Regards Sandip Dashputre

I expect recovery of my amount paid in cash by credit card. AND MORE IMPORTANTLY TEACH THEM A LESSON AS I CAME ACROSS MORE THAN 40 TO 50 PERSON WHO HAVE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ,O HAVE REGISTERED AGAINST THE ONLINE SHOPPING COMPANY. tHEY SHOULD STOP UTILISING THE INNOCENT CONSUMERS AMOUNTS
