I Uday Prakash Nikam paid Rs 5845 = 00 thru net banking to Kaunsa.com on 03.07.2013 for Samsung Primo Duos (01 No). mobile. I got confirmation mail from Kaunsa.com on 04.07.2013 that product will be delivered on 18.07.2013. But till date I have not received my product. I called their Customer Care (01204835000) several times but did not get any proper response. I have submitted complaint and feedback on their site but till date I have not get any mail or any response. Please help me to get my money back.
