I had booked Samsung galaxy grand through Kaunsa.com (booking id KA/150174/5NX0QG2H ) on 28 July and expected delivery was on 12th Aug. So far product was not delivered and I had requested for refund the amount on 13th Aug since they have told product is out of stock. So far they havn’t taken any action. I have sent around 10 emails regarding this issue and telephoned many times They neither pick the phone nor reply to the mail.
The amount I have paid (Rs.17066)plus the interest of this amount plus some fine for their negligence and irresponsible and non ethical response.
