Complaint against Excessive GPRS charges. Reetesh Kumar Mishra My No. is- 7838018404 Hi i wish to launch a complaint against Vodafone for excess bill they have charged me for GPRS. i am a postpaid Corporate Plan 275-GE user and i asked them to activate internet plan of 99 1GB,at that time i was unaware of tracking my data usage,so my 1GB data expired and i didn’t get any intimation from company for that,hence being unaware of that,I overused my data pack by 123 MB.When I Overused my data usage I got a call from there C.C.E.(Customer Care Executive) that you have to pay INR. 1300 Extra for this excess data usage,when it comes to bill payment they use to call 10-12 times,and countless numbers of message they use to sent,so i asked them that when you are providing 1GB data in only INR.99 ,so for overused 123 mb bill me 99 rs more,it could be 100,200,300 but 1300 is too much, i cant not give my hard earned money like this,I was ready to take half responsibility for this and half should be taken by Vodafone,but they refused…..so i stopped to pay the bill for some months so that they provide me some waiver,but they didn’t and send me a legal notice instead,so i have paid full amount which was (INR.4334) but i want my 1300 rs back,as this is seems unfair to me. can you please help me..! I want my valuable and hard earned INR 1300 back to my account as this is useless they can charge 99 more for that.
