I ordered for a Blackberry Curve 9220 from Kuansa.com on 29 July 2013 at 23:16 . Despite many complaints and phone calls I haven’t yet got any effective response from the Kaunsa Team. The order number for the same was: KA/150465/CREDW9EK. It’s almost a month by now and till now, neither have I received any refund, nor have i received the order. This website seems to be totally fraudulent. Please take necessary action against this online shop and resolve my issue. Thanks

The amount never got refunded. 6825 is not a small amount for me to leave.
