Tata Indicom – incorrect billing issue

This is regarding Incorrect Bills which have been provided for my TATA DOCOMO POST PAID No – 9215589298. For the last 3-4 years, I had never received my bills for this number neither by post nor by e-mail. My repeated requests at Tata Docomo Customer Service No – 198 went unheard. I had registered several complaints regarding this. But no action was taken. Just 3-4 months back, I started receiving bills and that too Incorrect. I have always been a loyal customer and paid my bill timely without ever checking bills as I never received those bills for the last 2-3 years. But since when I received bills only 3-4 months back, showed I had previous balance due. This means that I was fooled by them for 2-3 years as these bills were not correct and I had been paying without checking. When I requested Tata Docomo Customer Service to provide me the bills which had previous bills for December-2012, January-2013. But I was told by them that they cannot provide me those bills as they didn’t have. They kept on sending me bill for May-Aug-2013 again and again, but never those which were requested. On 17-AUG-2013, I tried to register a Complaint at their Customer Service but they didn’t register it and told me that a Request No.- 1885904 has been registered. In this request I was promised that my Bill will be corrected by reducing Rs 400/- from my due bill. This request was to be resolved on 19-AUG-2013. On 21-AUGUST-2013, when the request was not resolved, I tried contacting Customer Care, they told me that the request is still in pending status and assured me that the request will be resolved within 24 hours. When I requested them to let me speak to their Seniors, the told me they were busy with other customers and I’ll get a call back which never came. Instead of resolving the issue, my outgoing calls were barred stating that I didn’t pay the bill. How can I continue to pay the bill knowing that these bills are incorrect ? When I tried contacting Customer Care, my calls to Customer Care were also barred. On, 23-AUGUST-2013, when I again contacted Customer told to get an update on the request 1885904 , I was told that no such Request was registered and no correction in bill will take place. My calls to Customer Care are barred again and I’m not allowed to speak to their Seniors knowing that there mistakes will be exposed. This type of behavior is highly up-professional and should not accepted. . I’m also wrongly told that I didn’t pay the bill for the Month of May-2103. This is also incorrect as Tata Docomo person collected payments every month from our house. I’m not begging for a waiver on my bills, but just demanding that bills should be corrected. So that this issue can be resolved at the earliest. I hope that this issue will get your attention, so that justice can be done. Thanks

The bills should be corrected. Whatever should be the anomaly should be corrected. As per Request No – 1885904 provided by the Tata Docomo Customer Care, a sum of Rs 400/- is to be corrected.
