Kaunsa.com – Non delivery of ordered item and non refund of money

I ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH6 Camera from kaunsa.com on advance payment vide order no KA/161327/MSW1Q5TE on 12 Septrmber13. Item was to be delievered on 27 September 13 after 2 weeks, However even after 6 weeks, order had not been delievered. I had been speaking to their rude, inefficient and indifferent staff daily. They are liars of highest order. They keep telling lies that item will be delivered by today, but next day the answar is same. Of 160 plus complaint mails of mine, they replied to only once whcih show utter disregard and indiffrent attitude towards the customer. Ultimately they said that they’ll not be able to deliever my order. But on asking refund they very rudely told me that I can purchase anything else and money can not be returned and refunded. It had been an agonising and nightmarish experience seeing your money going down the drain.Also I ordered the camera to gift to my son, and giving explaination to him daily was heartbreaking. You can imagine effor required to make call daily and generate 160 email. Finally I want my money back and suitable lesson to kaunsa.com so that whatever i have gone through , no one else should go through. Other than Rs 4936/- price of product I have made phone calls to enquire about my order daily which should have costed me Rs 400/- min. I want all this money be refunded to me with interest earliest. I want them to compensate to me for all the mental agony caused to me.
