ear sir/madam, i had lodged the complaint of stb, regarding single problem, today one of your engineer visited & changed the set top box as per said that this is new one, but it is old come to know after some time of it is running, i got multiple problem like poor picture quality, not display the channel number, mosaic is not working, late responding of the command given by remote. my new(orignal) set top box number is 980612 980102 003456. one of your senior staff mr anurag who is floor supervisr, i have told the problem, he doesnot understand my problem, as per his statement, i am not in position to solve your problem, this type of statement passed by your senior personal. you are once again requested to look in to this matter & arrange to replace the box by new one at the earliest.

i had paid Rs 6000/- alongwith my old set box costing Rs 2500/- , Toatal amount of Rs 8500
