I purchased a Samsung LED TV 40 inch with Dealer warranty for 1 year online through ebay.in. TV stopped functioning properly after 5 months of purchase. Dealer picked up the TV and sent a replacement which was found damaged on arrival. and courier company sent the TV back to the dealer. Dealer promised me several time to send me working condition TV soon, but it has been more than 1 and half month and he has still not sent the TV. every time I call him he just responds that he will send it in 2-3 days but nothing happens. it”s my sincere request to you to help me in this matter.thanks in advance. Either send the replacement TV as soon as possible. Or refund the amount paid for the TV.
