I have purchased a watch “CASIO EDIFICE EF 550 RED BULL EDITION” from Kaunsa. com on 31-12-2013 bearing order No. KA/183157/8LKSYJFB. But till date i have not received the product. I contacted several times the dealer but I am being asked to wait for 2 days time and again.

I want the product and compensation (Rs 50000) for the mental torture and humiliation which i had to face. Although the loss cannot be reversed but i want ensure that nobody should face such a humiliating situation.
