I had ordered a phone Samsung Primo Duos on 18th august 2013. Ny order no was KA/153164/45SNIA3G. they have not sent my item. when I call to kaunsa.com Customer care they said they do not have this product.So instead of refunding my money they provided my online cash coupon. while applying those coupon on Kaunsa.com website, it says Coupan are invalid. Now again calling to customer care , they are not picking up the phone.

I want my 5005 rupees back plus I also want that kaunsa.com should pay to pay 10000 bucks for online fraud.
